Official Date Stamped On New Clipse Release
By: SoundSlam Published: Oct. 20, 2006 - New York, NY
November 28 will be a good day for Virginia's native sons, The Clipse. The group's follow-up album, Hell Hath No Fury, has finally been stamped to hit store shelves after a series of delays left them waiting in anticipation. Jive, luckily for them, opted to make a final decision of pushing the project forward.
Pusha T and Malice have made it clear who they are looking out for - the fans. The brotherly duo stated, "The moving up of the date is purely off the demand of the consumer and the Clipse fan. That's who we doing this for right now." Shining a light on the record, they cited, "The album is a documentary. This is the life of the Clipse, what we're going through, and us spillin' our guts, and letting the world know it ain't been all gravy with us. This album, if it says nothing else, says struggle. It represents struggle."
The Clipse's lead-singles, "Mr. Me Too" and "Wamp Wamp (What It Do)," have given fans a taste of what might be represented on Hell Hath No Fury. The group has also stayed busy with their We Got It 4 Cheap mixtape series.
